produce an agreement upon courses of action, to bargain for individual or collective advantage, to craft
outcomes to satisfy various interests of two people/parties involved in
negotiation process. Negotiation is a process where each party involved in
negotiating tries to gain an advantage for themselves by the end of the
process. Example of negotiations are simple when buying a house or car. The
problem arises when there needs to be an ongoing relationship between the two
parties. The most important part of negotiating is being prepared.

International business is a term used to collectively describe all
commercial transactions (private and governmental,
sales,
investments,
logistics,and
transportation)
that take place between two or more regions,
countries
and nations
beyond their political boundary. Usually, private companies undertake such transactions for profit; governments
undertake them for profit and for political
reasons. It refers to all those business activities which involve cross border
transactions of goods, services, resources between two or more nations.
Transaction of economic resources include capital, skills, people etc. for
international production of physical goods and services such as finance,
banking, insurance, construction etc.

Business
ethics is the behavior that a business adheres to in its daily dealings with
the world. The ethics of a particular business can be diverse. They apply not
only to how the business interacts with the world at large, but also to their
one-on-one dealings with a single customer.
Business
ethics (also corporate ethics) is a form of applied ethics
or professional ethics that examines ethical
principles and moral or ethical problems that arise in a business environment.
It applies to all aspects of business conduct and is relevant to the conduct of
individuals and entire organizations.
